Haiku Stories
1. Intro | What is Haiku Stories?
Haiku Stories is a non-profit project, designed to help new freelancers further develop their dream business.
For one month, each participant will have access to my skills and support (check out video for more information).
My intention is to help 11 freelancers share with the world the story they carry within.
Haiku stories #1
Human Design | Laura van Dam
“For as long as I can remember I have been looking for an answer to the questions: ‘Who am I? How can I really be myself?’ and ‘What am I here for?’ My search for fulfillment and meaning in life came from a sense of never really feeling at home in the world. Of never truly being myself. Until I discovered Human Design.
Human Design has enriched my life. It gives me answers, direction and self-insight. I have become aware of my unique talents, character, and dynamics in my relationships with others. Most importantly: I now know how to make the correct decisions that come from who I really am. Thanks to Human Design my self-love has grown and I know how to make my life unfold by itself in the way that makes me experience the most joy and sense of fulfillment. There is nothing that I would love to do more than to help you achieve the same.”
Haiku stories #2
Herbal Tales | Annet Breure
“There is a lot of passion in my work for both nature, plants and our human culture. In Herbal Tales I combine both, the often centuries old stories from all around the world illustrate the symbolisms and properties of plants.
They tell us how we can connect with our natural environment, they establish and strengthen that relation.
A relation I believe we need to refind and feed to feel connected to our earth and the place we live.
Which keeps us sane in this present day world where reality is becoming digital and very fluid…
I am exploring as a storyteller with a background in languages, cultures, and dance, this relationship with herbs and love to share it!“
Haiku stories #3
Doulawijzer | Winny Bos
“We help people who die, and their loved ones, in the process of saying goodbye, by dealing with the pain, by being in conversation, and by celebrating the life that has been on earth.
Because just as our arrival was received with rusk and streamers, we may also allow air and light into our farewell. So that, when the time comes, we can let go together lovingly.“
